Denis Carrier

Denis Carrier, trained technician and experienced manager, has participated in the development, manufacture, and repair of Rhumart systems since the 1980's. He is the founder of SEM Électronique inc., manufacturer of Rhumart systems. He has been the General Director, of the "Association des manufacturiers en électronique de Québec".

Josée-Anne Drolet, B.F.A., Computation Arts, has been working with Dr. Drolet for 10 years now. Together, they have focused on creating multimedia tools to make Rhumart known around the world. Long-time collaborator Dr.Casas Cordero has observed the progress of the company since 1990. Dr Casas Cordero holds an M.Sc. (Biology), a D.Sc., a Ph.D. (Pathology) and a Post-Doctoral degree from the Pasteur Institute, Paris, France.

In 1992, he wrote a scientific article about the potential of Rhumart to improve health by improving blood circulation. Blood Circulation and the Physiological Significance of its Improvement

He is now forming a research unit in energetic therapies, and beginning further research with electromagnetic fields. He is interested in promoting Rhumart in Chile and Latin America.

Djibrillou Moussa

Djibrillou Moussa holds a Masters Degree in Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Economics, Faculty of Economics and Management in Sfax, Tunisia. He has worked as a research professor in economics at the University of Sfax and other private universities in Tunis. He is in the process completing a Ph.D. in Economics and Political Science at Laval University in Quebec. Djibrillou Moussa is a member of the international ADE (economic analysis and development) network and of the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme). He is currently in his homeland, Niger, where he is trying to establish business relationships to promote Rhumart in Niger and other African countries.

Francois Drolet

Francois Drolet holds a degree in Business Administration and has extensive experience with the Rhumart system and high-level sports. He won the Gold medal in the 1998 winter Olympic Games in Nagano, Japan, and is a member of the Canadian Olympic Committee. He is also the owner of the Manoir de Neuville, in Quebec, Canada. This hotel was at the heart of the Rhumart phenomenon for some time in the 1990's. It is now a hotel and restaurant where people can stay, dine well, relax by the St.Lawrence River, and learn more about Rhumart.
